Lawnflite 21 self propelled roller mower spares or repair

Lawnflite 21 pro roller self propelled mower. I believe the drive cable to be seized causing the pto to be engaged as it's hard to pull over - it came to me in a job lot running and driving I recall, but its been standing for a while.

If I get a chance I will have a look at that and if sorted the price goes up. Having a clearout of spare spare machines for space. No silly offers, they will be ignored.
